I feel the land may come within the marsh protected area.
Doubt the quality of ground water due to garbage dumping and release of sewage into the nearby marsh.
Away from residential area.

Agree with earlier comments. That area is very hazardous and the air is completely polluted due to incessant burning of toxic waste. Further the area of the marsh has been dwindling ever since promoters started grabbing land.

Conscientious business houses would not exploit the gullible public, by promoting flats in such an area. The project should be abandoned ASAP for the sake of protecting the public interest at large.
